Care Instructions:
Vacuum regularly on a low setting. Avoid the use of vacuums with a beater bar, as they may cause yarns to pull or snag. If this happens avoid pulling yarns out of the rug, instead use scissors to clip them. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended, as harsh chemicals may damage or fade rug. Use of a rug pad is recommended on wooden flooring and slippery surfaces.

Beautiful jute rug 8x10
I do love this rug, it’s beautiful, but it does shed. That wouldn’t bother me so much if I didn’t have dark wood floors showing it like pet hair. More importantly, it is delicate and can snag/unravel. Careful how you vacuum. Afraid to run Roomba over it and I use my Dyson on low with no beater brush. As with all jute rugs, the more it’s used, the more character it has.

Love this rug- it’s so warm looking and pretty! It’s jute, so has some ends, an odor and it does shed some. For the price though, I am delighted!!
