I cooked dressing in this pan. No complaints at all. Normal cooking temperature is 350° Just baked ribs in this pan and delicious.

This item was not non-stick. It's cheap. Food was stuck so I soaked it overnight and washed it the next morning. Now the pan is chipping. This is not good quality. I think it is very cheap material.
