It's beautiful but quality is not. Is always some black stuff getting off even when is just over a counter... I'm afraid is not going to last.

It was wrapped in plastic, when I opened it black gritty powder was all over it and inside it. What a mess! The only reason I kept it was because I had the sconce already and it was far to take back.

Beautiful memorial!

My mother recently passed away and was cremated and her ashes were placed in this beautiful box in a niche in North Carolina. I bought myself the same box and have all her CD's in it from the celebration of life event. It's perfect!

It will leave you covered in black soot

This is such a pretty box but there is a reason it's packaged in plastic. Once you touch it your hands will be covered in a black soot like material. The inside of the box is covered in it too. It is constantly coming off in chunks from between the outside tiles. I exchanged this twice and all three of them were like this. I finally had to glue black material inside and on the bottom so I could use it. Have to be very careful when handling. This is a very poorly designed product.
