Let me first say that we are extremely diligent with our housekeeping. No amount of routine maintenance will keep these rugs from getting nappy and matted. Brushing only works for so long and the general maintenance instructions are kind of garbage. These rugs stayed nice for maybe six months.. Buyer beware they will not last.
