Sear Magic

I picked this Char-Broil Grill Topper (plate) specificially to sear scollops. I was having trouble searing different foods on my gas grill. This cst iron grill plate really does a nice job. One side has raised grill ridges- the other is like a flat-top. It takes a couple of uses to get the seasoning going- but for 20 bucks, I would recommend.

Will never buy cast iron products again.

I don't like when I have to season a cast iron in the oven to make the pan look good? I will never buy any cast iron products again? It's too much of an hassle, to worry about if the seasoning of the cast iron pan will work or not? This cast iron pan didn't work with the seasoning of it?
