Removed paint and plaster from the walls.
This is not a damage free product. We have just removed a picture from the wall and it has damaged it in two areas. Pictures include traces of glue used to stick the paint back to the wall. Please can I have an email contact for customer services department.

Terrible! Ripped drywall off twice!
We purchased these 4 pound picture hangers to hang 1/2 pound pictures. After following directions twice!, they totally tore up our drywall! How can you advertise these as great working items? Never again!

A Better Choice
This was a Free sample.Command 51131 80974 Picture Hanging Strips. This is Command 51131 80974 on the floor back side of a 12oz plaque. Perfect choice plaque on wall using Command 51131 80974. I love using this product. When I move the plaque there is no damage to the painted walls or the plaque. Very easy instructions with photos

I love these strips! I...
I love these strips! I used them to hang pictures, wood letters and even the baby camera monitor in our baby's room. Not a single hole in our freshly painted walls :)

they have saved our walls
We have 8 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. In order to see them at all times our walls are completely full of pictures. As the children grow/change their pictures do also & we are always changing the pictures on the walls. Were it not for the command strips our home would have been condemned by now.
The same thing applies to our sports room where we have autographed pictures from our favorite drag racers. Again, as we go to the races each year, some of those change also, and again thanks to the command strips our walls have been saved.

Picture & Frame Hanging
Due to a hot water pipe breaking in our house we had to put everything in storage. We took pictures of everything in the house. We just now got to move back in. We have a wall of our families and when we put the pictures back up on the wall we used the Picture & Frame Hanging 17204VP-WM. What a breeze the product made for rehanging. We were so proud of the results that we have before and after pictures to show what a great product this is. Before the pictures keep falling down and got crooked, now they are perfect.

Holiday Album Swap
I used the Command Picture hanging strips to create a wall of old album covers. We haven't had a record player in years but still held on to these old albums that meant so much to us when we were younger. I loved the strong visual and emotional statement they would make. Command strips were used to make them flush with the wall and not harm the covers or the apartment walls. They were easy to hang and reposition. And most importantly, at holiday time we swapped out the albums for vintage holiday album covers!
