Rust Water Problem
Though Racoon was messing on the deck. The yellow deck stains are due to rust water coming coming out from where the bottom round connecting bar is connected. Will worked on this to fix this winter. Plan removing round bar, heat drying all tubing, insert some oil to stop rust. Then fill all tube ends with RTV to prevent water getting in and dripping out. Bad design but they are nice rockers.
Hope my fix works or they will be down on the road with a Free sign.
