Baskets OK, Process Not Good
I found one of these baskets in store, so had to order more. Decided to order all (4) online. After order was placed, I was charged for shipping all 4, but then 1 of them got canceled and I wasn't refunded shipping. Tried reordering again for store pickup, because it said "In Stock". Couple hours later, my order was canceled again. Ordered again for shipping to my mom's house, and this one finally went through, and did come very quick, but the basket was a little less quality than the other 3. Once set up on the sofa table, 2 were one shade and the other 2 a slightly different shade. I do have a little concern that the bottom might scratch or wear on the finish of my new tables. I did try to reach out to Customer Service, but only option was to leave a message. Took a while to get a response, and even then it wasn't a satisfying response. Not sure I would order online again.
