Not sure if this is steel or metal coated with steel

I purchased this item as it says stainless steel on the online title. I even paid for delivery to home. When the items arrived, there was nowhere mentioned on the product that it is stainless steel. Soni contacted customer care through form checking if this is made is stainless steel, or metal coated with stainless steel or any metal. Customer responded with a snapshot of the specirication portion which just states metal. I requested again to confirm if this is stainless steel or any metal coated . They just reverted metal. So now i am not sure it is is actually made of complete stainless steel or metal coated with steel Or just any metal. It is not printed on the canisters anywhere it is steel which usually any steel Product has on it. If it is made of stainless steel and not coated then they are beautiful and i would love to keep it.
