Beware, faulty hardware/frame

Like some of the other people that have left reviews, the frame is built too cheap to support the weight of the frame. We went on vacation and came back to the picture on the floor. Messed up a part of our wall and our baseboard where it hit. At Home actually tried to help and told us to make a claim with their insurance to cover the damage. Pretty much given the runaround since April with Liberty Mutual. They say there’s no way to prove the frame or screws are the reason it fell. Was literally told it might have been the surface of the wall. Crazy how the sheetrock clips that can support 100lbs are still in the wall. They won’t accept accountability for the design flaw in the picture. Screws pulled straight out of the plastic frame, that’s why the picture fell. Beware, other reviews have the same experience. Hopefully their brand new houses weren’t damaged like mine and now I’m having to cover the damage

I got it home and hung it. Then took off the corner protectors to find the frame very damaged. I will have to travel an hour to return it to the store. I was disappointed. I did look the picture over but didn't tear back the protectors on the corners.
