I expect more from 3m
I was really excited for this slightly more environmental option. However....I have purchased two and both have leaked, the end pops off when I use it (bc I'm left handed), and after barely enough use to need to change the pad, my newest one has ripped all along the soap "button". I really liked the regular one and thought this would be just as good, but it's been worse.
I'm also irritated that the refill pads come with a plastic thing....like....what is the point of getting something that uses less plastic if they're gonna give me a new chunk of plastic I don't need every time I refill.
My last complaint is that these and the refills that actually go with it are only available at retailers I am boycotting due to their....well lots of things. I would love for a better version of this product to be more widely available like their other wands are.
