The top is very heavy so the handle was not adequete. I would have brought is back, but no longer had the packaging.

This is exactly what I had wanted...elegant, large capacity for whole sticks of butter with a gorgeous lid with handle that makes for easy handling. Looks beautiful just sitting on my kitchen counter. Cream with tan/taupe accents. Couldn't love it more! Collected as part of a promotion.
