Great porch umbrella

Nice- not sure
I really like this umbrella and fabric but it is not sturdy when up or especially tilted. I live in a 2nd floor apartment and If there is a little bit of wind it will fall over. I’ve tried weights on the base but the upper pole doesn’t have enough strength for support.
