To place your order, enter your credit card information online. We do not charge you until the order is finalized. When pickin up your order in-store or curbside, the store associate will take your credit card to process final payment. For delivery, a store associate will call you to coordinate your delivery and take your final payment information over the phone.
Send a text to let us know you're on the way 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival, text us again to confirm you're here. Make sure to include your last name along with the make, model and color of your vehicle. Please pull up in front of the store to the right or left of the main entrance, and an associate will bring your item(s) out to you and complete your payment.
Local Delivery Starting at $10 is now available in select stores. When buying online, choose that you would like your order delivered. A store associate will call to schedule your delivery and finalize payment. Small item delivery starts at $10, and cost can vary based on the size of the order and items. Delivery of your order will be made by At Home's delivery partner - PICKUP.
As local regulations allow and with safety in mind, we’re offering free curbside pick up instead of in-store pick up for your online order convenience.
Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or in Store allows you to shop, purchase online and pick up your order from your local store without the wait or cost of shipping. With Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or In Store you can shop whenever, wherever you want!
Only select items are available for Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or In Store. Items available will be able to be added to cart for purchase.
Not all items are currently available for Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or In Store. We also offer some items that are only available in store that are not eligible for Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or In Store. For those items, you can check the availability online and call your local store to confirm availability.
On the product page, add the item to your cart. Complete your order by checking out. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” e-mail once the order is received by your store. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” e-mail. Follow the e-mail instructions to go to the store and pick up your order.

You will receive another e-mail to tell you certain items in your order are not able to be fulfilled by our store. At that time, you have a choice to either cancel the whole order or go to the store and pick up the items are available.
You will need your "Ready for Pickup" email (printed or visible from your phone), a form of payment (cash, credit card, store credit, gift card?) and any discount, promotion, coupon issued by our store. Please note: the only acceptable discount code or coupon would have to be issued directly to you from At Home. We do not distribute through a third party to avoid fraudulence.
If you are unable to pick up your order, you can send someone else can do so on your behalf. They simply need a printout of your “Ready for Pickup” email or a screenshot of that email (clearly showing the order number) on their phone.

You have 4 days to pick up your order once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” e-mail.
Your order will be automatically canceled after 4 days from the day your order is confirmed. You will not be charged for anything if you don’t pick up your order.
Once you place an order online, you cannot modify it. But you can make changes to your order at your in person at your store.
No. You must pick up your order from the store selected at time of purchase.
No. You must pick all items up from a single store location.
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order. To do so, go online to your Account Page and click “Cancel” on the order you want to cancel.
No. You must visit the store to purchase your order. If you need delivery, you can then utilize our add-on delivery service offer available in select stores.
No. You must submit your online order via credit card to ensure your payment is valid. You can bring your gift card/coupon to the store and we will adjust your order.
Yes. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase only if unused, with original receipt and packaging. Returns of Christmas merchandise after Dec. 25th will be refunded at the current selling price. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses, adjustable sofas, futons, pre-cut fabric or items ticketed “all sales final”. We do not offer exchanges.
