Not bad
I like the set, the terracotta disc does not keep the brown sugar moist for 6months like it states. I opened the canister about 2 weeks after soaking the terracotta stone and there were areas of hardened sugar. So I have been resoaking the stone every 2-3 weeks.
Also I wish the flour canister would hold a whole bag of flour so I could just dump it all in.
