Nice picture. Horrible customer service

The picture was as described. I also purchased some throw pillows. They put the picture in a box with the pillows, without any additional care and, predictably the picture arrived with the glass broken. They offered me two options. 1.) 25% off the price to compensate for the damage. 2.) A shipping label to send it back. Which, I'd have to find a box and figure a way to leave work to get it to a UPS facility (we have no UPS locally). This option would take more time and care on my end than they spent packaging and shipping it in the first place. In my email I was told there is no way to just "exchange it". With the glass broken, it's basically junk. They would just toss it. I sent pictures, yet it did not convince them to send a replacement. Very discouraging. My only option seems to accept a broken picture and pay 75% retail. Horrible solution, I know. Perhaps it's this kind of customer service that has the AtHome Store in their financial predicament.
