New chairs
The chairs are nice and fit perfect in my space. However one of the chairs had mix match legs when I opened the box. There's no customer service phone number so o had to communicate via email. I do not live close to the store also I asked for the correct legs to be mailed to my home. I was informed that the only way to fix the problem was to go to the store. This was an inconvenience to me.
