This Candy and Deep Fry Thermometer features a long stem and a pan clip so it can easily attach to whatever pan you are cooking in to keep your hands free while you monitor temperatures of liquid candy or frying oil. A convenient temperature guide is included on the dial for poultry, potatoes, doughnuts, breaded meat, and seafood for quick reference. Slide the temperature indicator to the desired temperature to easily determine when you have reached the temperature needed. Important: thermometer will be hot after use. Use potholders or oven mitts when handling hot thermometer.
