Good chair, description inaccurate

The chair is nice, but this model does not actually recline. The one I test sat in at the store absolutely did. I thought I was getting the same thing as was displayed. The description of the item here says it reclines. The model I received certainly does not recline, and it looks exactly like the pictures above. Not sure why the display model is different than the actual model being sold, but slightly annoying to be sure. Other than that though the chair is solid. build quality is good, the electronics all function as expected. It is comfortable and sturdy feeling. Audio passthrough seems fine. nothing crazy you aren't gonna replace your beats or bose headsets for music listening of course but thats not what it's intended use is. 3 stars due to missing recliner feature after reading about the feature and testing it out with the feature in store, only to be missing it on the product.
