Came with wrong connecting rods

Bought 3 of these and only 1 came as advertised on the box...2 of them the connecting rods were too big to screw into the bottom of the pineapple... I have contacted the manufacturer brand of patio essentials over a month ago and haven't heard back... plus I have also tried to write a review 4 different times and it hasn't published!

Glass torch had holes

I bought 4 torches 3 of them had a hole in the glass and disconnected from pole. I love the look and love the one I have that was not defective. The store I purchased from implied I broke them which was not the case. I lost a lot of torch fluid to find they had holes
