Very Cheap. Get what you paid for.
The parts were cheaply made, and several parts did not go together per the instructions. One of the parts didn't even screw into the screw that was provided. I cannot use it because of this.

Perfect for small bathroom
Looks nice in my small bathroom. Holds extra hand towels, toilet paper small decor. Sways a bit but is only being used in a bathroom, not for heavy storage items.
