Warped after washing
I washed these before their first use, and they warped so badly that I can't set them flat on the counter to cut on. I will probably throw them away.

Bowed mats.
My biggest complaint is the mats are bowed and don't lay flat on the counter. I didn't realize it until it was too late to return. Food slips off the mats when cutting and creates a mess. My fault for not returning them sooner.

They are very sturdy but very easy to store. I have bought similar ones before but these are much nicer. I feel like they will last a while.

These are a great set of cutting boards. I've bought ones similar, but these have a non-slip backing that is very helpful when chopping anything as the board doesn't move.
