Care Instructions: Vacuum regularly on a low setting. Avoid the use of vacuums with a beater bar, as they may cause yarns to pull or snag. If this happens avoid pulling yarns out of the rug, instead use scissors to clip them. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended, as harsh chemicals may damage or fade rug. Use of a rug pad is recommended on wooden flooring and slippery surfaces.

Hunted a long time, finally found this rug. Last one in the store. Had two or three bad spots where the threads were unwoven. Tucked them in carefully, turned the rug to where that area wouldn't be used much. Still very disappointed as just about daily we have to cut something off somewhere. Will take back for return before thirty days. Drove many miles to two other At Home stores, but none in inventory.

Love the Rug. Hate store policy
The product is amazing. It looks great and is easy to clean. Our issue is with store policy that will not allow shipping of 8 x 10 rugs. They won't allow ship to store or home. In order for us to get the matching rug we would have to drive to another city 3 hours away. Therefore, we are going to take this rug back and get something somewhere else. Other companies will ship to home or store. At home will not.
