If this happens avoid pulling yarns out of the rug, instead use scissors to clip them. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended, as harsh chemicals may damage or fade rug. Use of a rug pad is recommended on wooden flooring and slippery surfaces.
