I went in the store the night before I had furniture to be delivered and knew I needed something. The Rug Doctor- was so helpful and kind! I ended up buying two in order to make the decision in the room that night! Found out he had been there for 14 years! That is awesome. I hope he will be there another 14 years!

Not happy with rug at all but we couldn’t really return after it was down so praying it eventually quits shedding

Great for my master bedroom.
I totally love my rug. It did have a spot on it that I had hoped would come off once o vacuumed it but it did not. I also found the price on it once I got it home (we didn't see it in the store ) so I actually gave $50 more for it than I should have. I still love it though.
