The lamp has worked out very well between our recliners. It stands over the table between the recliners.

Cute Lamp!
I do really love this lamp, it fits the asthetic I am going for in the room its placed. The gold is not super flashy but not too dark to where it looks bronze. The shade tilts down just enough to get some good soft lighting in the room. The base is pretty too.
