I was looking for something affordable as it's for our rarely used basement guest bathroom. This item is well priced and looks fine for the cost. You have to stabilize it with one hand and tear the toilet tissue with your other hand; otherwise it falls over. It is not as nicely finished or as heavy as the higher priced options.
