Disappointed by Lack of Quality Assurance
The wind chime delivered has half of one dragonfly's wings unpainted (they are brown instead of blue). Had I seen this in store, I never would have purchased it, yet somehow, the store found it fine to send a defective item for delivery. Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality control here -- particularly since I bought this in memory of a loved one. Would appreciate a store-initiated remedy.
