Nice lighting but needs improvements
This is a very nice outdoor candle. A little pricey. Wish it had a remote. You have to twist off the bottom to turn it off and on. The cap covering the switch and batteries can be difficult to get off. I returned one due to the inability to get it off. The person at the store couldn't get it off either. On off switch needs located on the outside of battery area. Remote would be even better.

Not all that I had hoped for
I used this product in lanterns on my front porch, which gets sun nearly all day. They have held up well in the "weather resistant" category (other LED candles used in the lanterns melted from the sun), but only one of the 2 I purchased lit well enough that it truly looked like a candle inside the lantern and could be seen when I stepped off my porch. The other bulb did light, but you could only see it if you stood directly over it. I returned that one and got a new one, but the same thing happened. Apparently purchasing one that looked like a real candle was "hit or miss". If both candles had "burned" with the same intensity, I would have been happy with this purchase.

Took a few tries to get this to work correctly
I put this candle in a lantern on my porch. I wanted to use the timer. So I waited until I wanted it to start the cycle. Early the next morning I looked out and it had been on all night. I took the batteries out and reset the candle again. It finally came on correctly after five nights of trying. I have bought this brand of candle before and never had this much trouble setting it. I do like that it is not made of wax because those will melt outside even though they say they don't. So I have used this before and liked the material it is made of.
