Overall great

K-mini single serve coffee maker

I love having this mini in my office to make a quick cup of chai tea or coffee while I am working. Super cute and convenient!

Best Kurig design yet

Sent the K-mini to my daughter's home for my two week visit. It was such a hit my son in law is bringing it to his office now that I'm home. Compact, retractable cord, great color and the perfect cup of coffee!

Cute, but complicated

This is my fifth Keurig and I have to admit the instructions were a bit unclear. it took me a while to actually understand how to get it to work. the one cup at a time thing is different, so it was a trial and error to figure it out. Plus, I like making strong small cups and this unit requires an 8oz minimum

Best Support

Bought this in March and one of the parts for brewing the coffee got loose and ended up causing a mess in the mornings. I called support after this problem kept happening and that same day I was able to get a replacement shipped through the warranty smooth and easily. One of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Not Impressed

I was excited when I found a "red" single serve Keurig for my daughter's classroom. As a high school teacher she doesn't get enough time for lunch so having a Keurig in her classroom will at least provide her with a delicious beverage, be it coffee, tea or cocoa. But, when it came time to set it out I was surprised to find out that it was thin plastic & a small part was chipped. Very disappointing! Out school teachers are over worked, over whelmed and under paid and I really wanted to get something nice for her classroom but this was a bust. The first one I purchased was in 2019 - amazing what 3 years can do in product manufacturing.
