We bought our K-Supreme 3 months ago and when I needed to do the descaling cycle it didn't work so I call the company and they replaced it immediately.
Good Customer Servive
While descaling my Keurig coffee maker, it's suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service and because it was within my one-year warranty they replaced it for free. Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representatives. The only glitch was that they only except PDF or PNG files. I couldn't convert my files from my phone to those types of files right away. So there was a lot of back-and-forth and trying to forward the documentation they required before it finally got through. Once the acceptable documents were sent however, I received my new coffee maker immediately. Works wonderful!

K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Machine
Just received my 2nd warranty replacement K-Supreme. Hope this machine is a little better quality than the first two which shorted out soon after use. I love Keurig's Customer Service but I do wish the machines were of the quality that the first ones were.
I really thank Keurig for great service and replacement of my coffee maker that was still under warranty. My replacement was hassle free. Thanks again
