This mixer does a great job whenever I boil my chicken and shred it. It doesn’t make any noise when ever I shred it. I have this for over a year and I haven’t had any problems.

Super good system make mixing in my kitchen with cakes, donus or other mixer. Is easy of cleaning and security is excelent. The durability is excelent for people have business in bakery.

I bought this for my daughter because she really wanted an immersion blender and she needed a new mixer and so it seemed like a win-win. It is SO INCREDIBLE! She has used the immersion blender for potato soup and the mixer for mashed potatoes. They were both so smooth. Now she wants the chopper attachment. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s also easy to clean and easy to store.

I thought I loved this mixer until I realized it's impossible to actually clean! The immersion blender specifically. There is a rubber ring between the plastic bell and the metal shaft. I had been using this for over a year. Cleaning it with a good rinse and a soapy dish brush between uses. I took it from the dish rack to put away and noticed some greasy drip lines coming from this rubber ring area. Sniffed it, and it was putrid. Full on turn your stomach rotten. I picked and scrubbed, ran a knife point around the seal, anything I could do to try to clean in there. Nothing. Still rotten. Soaked it in vinegar for 48 hours and even after that amount of time I still see food particles coming out when I agitate it in the vinegar. Just disgusting and completely unsanitary! I've been using this thing for over a year apparently filling every dish with rotten food particles. I'm appalled. I reached out to Ninja only to be told my 1 year warranty is passed. I bought a replacement immersion head hoping their design flaw had been fixed. Customer service could not tell me if it had. Of course they are magically oblivious to this problem?? So bought the new head and hoped to see it had been changed when it arrived. Well, it hasn't!! Same unsanitary un-cleanable rubber ring on the new head and now I'm out more money to a company that apparently doesn't care that this is the disgusting "quality" of their product. I can't believe I've been ingesting this level of gross for over a year. Do NOT buy this product!!! And if you already own this product like I do, hold ninja accountable for their dangerous unsanitary design!!! Smell it. Soak it in vinegar and see the scum that floats out. Flood them with pictures untill they show accountability! Unacceptable!!!!

I bought this in July 2024. This is a very good buy. It’s being less than 2 weeks and have used the blender, the whisk and the whisk part for dough severally with no issues. If you are African and love your swallow aka Fufu, get this and you would be glad you did. I highly recommend

I bought this a year or so ago and noticed everytime I use it for longer than 5 minutes, it overheats and has a burn smell. Sometimes even turns off and I'll have to wait for it to cool before turning it back on. Also when using turbo I usually hear a rattling sound. Glad I didn't immediately get rid of my old hand held mixer. I just feel I'm out cause it's been awhile and I procrastinated about returning or exchanging it. This is the only ninja product I've had an issue with. I love all my other products. I can't wait until all my kitchen items are ninja. So far I have the deluxe air fryer, waffle maker, 14 pc knife set, blender, food processor, 2 in 1 toaster and so far only 3 pieces of the pots and pans. Next I'm shooting for the slushie machine then the entire pots and pans and baking set.
