Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” e-mail. Follow the e-mail instructions to go to the store and pick up your order. When you arrive at the store, go to the pick up area under the yellow sign inside the store and show the associate your i.d. Or if picking up curbside click the link in your “Ready for pickup” e-mail to alert the store that you have arrived curbside to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 4 days once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” e-mail. If you need more time, you have the option to extend the pick up window using our digital self-service tool accessible from your order history page or through your "Ready for Pickup" email.

At this time, we are unable to specify delivery date. It is based upon the availability of our delivery partners. For big and heavy items (like furniture) they will reach out to to schedule delivery once the order is placed. Smaller local delivery orders are usually delivered same-day or next day.
Our delivery partner, PICKUP has 4 days from the date the customer orders to get the delivery scheduled, picked up and delivered.
Deliveries are scheduled based on availability of drivers. They will deliver any day of the week.
Delivery windows vary based on availability.
You will be contacted for large delivery items by our delivery partner, PICKUP, with a window timeframe for the delivery.
