nice additional touches

The chair is nice, but what really shines was the extra effort they put into packaging and assembly. The styrofoam pieces were enclosed in plastic. If you've built much box furniture, you probably know that that styrofoam gets everywhere and stuck all over. The simple addition of the plastic around it keeps everything clean. Also, these will normally come with a low strength allen wrench that won't last through the whole assembly. This comes with not only an allen wrench, but a ratchet for speedy assembly, and of decent quality, I'm keeping it. These may seem like little things, but to me, they indicate that the company cares and has quality in mind. This is reflected in the chair's quality. I can't speak to its longevity yet, but I'm happy with the purchase.
