I cannot get the backing off to put picture in

I am not sure how this was put together - but for the life of me I cannot get the back to come off so that I can put a photo in it. I bent the little metal pieces back and still cannot get the cardboard backing to come out. If I could get it out I would give 5 stars.

Beautiful frame

I bought this frame for a Military certificate because it was perfect for it. It was the right size, and accentuated the certificate beautifully.
