These frames plastic and cardboard and cheaply made but they come in several sizes and colors and work beautifully for many small projects.

Quality varies.
I purchased two of these little frames in blue. One was fine; the other was out-of-square, so the top right corner didn't meet properly. It was hard to see until I took the wrapping off. However, I've bought several of these frames in various sizes and colors and I'm usually pleased with them.
