We needed a basket for lap blankets and this one holds about 6 nicely. It was a decent price for the size and material. Wouldn't recommend using it for laundry because if you handle it too much it will just start to fall apart. From the store to my car to my home one of the woven bamboo like (faux) threads already broke off. But for blanket or pillow storage for movie nights it works great!!

This laundry basket looks good cosmetically but is not holding up well for what I thought I could use it for. Shoes. I use it for a shoe basket for people to take off their shoes as soon as they get in house. I noticed the outside of basket is breaking off little pieces here and there.

The black paint from the basket comes off whatever you set on I had to use goobgone to get off of top of dryer Always have towel under whatever you put it on

I used them for Easter baskets for my granddaughters. They were perfect for what needed them for.
