I placed this next to our tv on our entertainment center. Vintage look with our bookshelves. Also, once in a while we loose power and have to get the flashlight. Being next to the tv it will be closer and have more light with a battery lit candle.

I bought 6 of these for a garden party and everyone loved them so much I put them permanently on my porch instead of hanging flower baskets that I'd buy each year for $15-25 -Whereas these lanterns are a ONE time purchase to use year after year. I put candles in them in the afternoons and the compliments we get from neighbors is thrilling! :)) They lasted all through the winter -I've had them out side now for a year and they still look like the day I bought them. So a few weeks ago I went back and bought 6 more! I actually need 5 more but they're all sold out. I highly recommend these!! So striking and make a statement framing my house.
