No assembly hardware or instructions

When I opened this to assemble, there was no screws to assemble or instructions. Couldn’t find the instructions online even if it came with the screws.

Sturdy & Attractive!

We replaced a cost rack with this one. It has a better base to keep it from falling over when heavy costs are on it. Sturdy & we like the looks of it! Plus our umbrella can be stored nicely in the bottom portion.

Perfect coat rack for my compact living quarters

Easy to assemble after I figured out that there was a cap on the screws that hold the coat hangers in place. Very sturdy and nice design. Collected as part of a promotion.

Waste of money

The screws are so delicate they strip easily and then they get stuck halfway. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Compact Footprint

Terrible

I needed these for a last minute project. It took the most part of a day to put 2 of them together. Hardly any of the holes lined up (followed letter layout carefully). The screws were too short and allen wrench too small. Once you finally manage to line up all the holes as close as possible by trying to push all the parts together WHILE placing the screw and trying to tighten with the tiniest Allen wrench ever designed... it was ridiculous. But I really NEEDED these and had no time left for an alternative. ALSO. It took lots of sanding and filing (to remove burrs) before we could manage, with the help of a vice, wrench and wd40 to screw all the poles together since they weren't drilled properly. Scratched up and crooked. The top hooks are also aligned improperly and differently on different places on both. One is always too high or too low, no matter if placed according to directions or not. And the screw heads are barely scored enough to screw them in (they're stripped after a few turns), as well as the covers that screw on... half of them wouldn't screw off. Horrible. The worst thing I have ever tried to put together and I'm usually really good at this.
