Uncomfortable on bare feet
This rug is very pretty. There is a shiny thread throughout. The fibers are soft but the backing can be felt when you walk on it. It's very uncomfortable to walk on. I returned it.

Had already been returned and stained
Purchased this rug which appeared to have been wrapped differently than the other rugs. Got it home, unrolled it, and sure enough, there was a terribly warn/dirty section on it. Should have never been put out on the floor for sale. Returned it the following day and let the manager know that I didn't think it should be put back out on the floor and showed her the pictures I took of it.

Beautiful rug! So plush, feels nice underfoot. I have it in a spare bedroom and our guests have commented on how soft the rug feels.

Cute but not very thick
It's a very nice looking rug. It feels nice too but it's not very thick at all. I bought another rug from this store that was very thick. I was expecting this one to be the same but it wasn't.

Solid rug for inexpensive price
Had bought it 3 yrs ago but with a dog and 2 kids we bought another one to replace. Good rug and was cheaper to replace than to try and clean.

Poor odor and texture
When we got the rug home and unrolled it we were aghast at the terrible smell. We figured we could air it out and move on. We had after all lugged this huge and heavy rug from the store into our car then into our living room. Once we stepped on it we were severely disappointed. It was gritty and felt like small stones were in between the threads. We knew between the smell and texture we would go through the hassle of returning it. When we felt it in the store with our hands it was soft. SO BEWARE.

The softness of this rug is so amazing!! It's a beautiful rug. I wish the gray accent lines were more defined. Definitely get the bigger rug. The 5 X 7 was just too small.
